Responsible for the use and expansion of resources and production facilities, and regulatory and licensing support. Leads the strategic development of the use and application of modern mining technologies.
Joined the Sadovaya team in 2002 as Chief Engineer. Promoted to Director in 2003 and General Director in 2007.
Began his career in 1998 mining at Perevalskaya Mine (Luganskugol), where he advanced from Mining Specialist to Mining Site Head, working underground full-time.
Holds a Degree in Engineering (Mining and Underground Construction) from the Donbas Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (currently the Donbas State Technical University).

Joined Sadovaya Group in 1999 as Financial Director of Interdon (Sadovaya Group subsidiary) and was later promoted to Group Financial Director. Responsible for financial management, accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Over 20 years of experience both in the private and state sectors, notably as Deputy Chief Accountant and CFO at Kommunarsk Electromechanical Plant.
In 1989 received Engineering-Economics Degree from the Kommunarsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (currently the Donbas State Technical University).
Nadezhda Tanushkina Director of Coal Enrichment, Sadovaya Group
Responsible for coal enrichment, coal quality control, and the construction and launch of new enrichment facilities.
Joined Sadovaya Group in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in coal enrichment and related technologies.
Graduated from the Ordzhonikidze Polytechnic Institute (currently the Southern Russia State Technical University) in 1984 with a Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Elena Abrosimova Head of the Legal Department, Sadovaya Group
In charge of legal support at Sadovaya Group and its subsidiaries.
Began her career in the legal team at Alchevsk Steel and later moved into the state sector. Has practiced law for over 20 years, specialising in the manufacturing sector (metals & mining, chemicals).
Completed her Master’s Degree in Law at the National Yaroslav Mudryi Law Academy of Ukraine in 1997. Also holds an Engineering degree from the Kommunarsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (currently the Donbas State Technical University), completed in 1988.
Long-time member of the Union of Attorneys of Ukraine.

Responsible for coal sales and the procurement of supplies, including raw material inputs and equipment.
Joined Sadovaya Group in 2001 as Technical Supplies Procurement Manager. Later promoted to Head of Logistics and to his current position as Commercial Director.
Holds both Technical and Economic Degrees (1998 and 2000) from the Donbas Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (currently the Donbas State Technical University).
